That’s right. Ditch the mayo. And use Avocado!!
Not only do you scrap the dairy and preservatives that keep mayo shelf stable, you ADD the amazing “good fat” benefits of avocado! 🙌
This is literally two ingredients. Mash a can of (wild, sustainable) tuna, and mash an avocado. That’s it!
You can also add some salt and pepper, chopped celery, diced onion. And boom! 💥 Want to up the flavour game even more? Turn that avocado into guacamole!
Perfect as a sandwich with sprouted, whole grain bread.
Or.... if you’re grain free, it’s great on a salad, or even wrapped in romaine leaves
